License Grant:
Upon purchase, the Licensor (Anthony M. Davis) hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the licensed music track(s) (hereinafter, the “Music”) for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
- Film, television, and video productions
- Advertising (online, broadcast, or in-person)
- Podcasts and YouTube videos
- Video games and mobile applications
- Public performances, presentations, or live events
- Websites and multimedia content
Permitted Uses:
The Licensee may use the Music in commercial content, whether distributed online or offline, provided that the Music is synchronized with other media (e.g., video, narration, or visual presentation).
Restrictions:
- The Licensee may not sell, lease, distribute, or otherwise make the Music available as a stand-alone audio file or music track.
- The Licensee may not claim ownership of the Music or misrepresent authorship.
- This license does not permit use in any material that is defamatory, obscene, promotes hate or violence, or violates any law.
- The Licensee may not register the Music (or any derivative of it) with any content identification system (e.g., Content ID on YouTube) as their own.
Ownership and Intellectual Property:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Music remain solely with the Licensor. This license does not constitute a sale of the Music or any intellectual property rights contained therein.
Term:
This license is granted in perpetuity and is valid for a single project or campaign unless otherwise specified in writing.
