Non-Commercial Royalty-Free License Agreement

  1. License Grant

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to use the music track titled:

“[Music Track]” (hereinafter, the “Music”) for non-commercial purposes only. This license allows for use in:

  • Personal videos or social media content not monetized
  • Student or academic projects
  • Charitable organization campaigns (not involving paid advertising)
  • Podcasts or live streams with no advertising or sponsorship revenue
  • Presentations or background music for events where no admission is charged
  1. Mandatory Attribution

Use of the Music under this license requires visible or audible attribution to the creator. The Licensee must include the following credit in the project’s description, end screen, or printed material:

Failure to include this attribution voids this license.

  1. Restrictions
  • The Music may not be used in any commercial, monetized, promotional, or revenue-generating capacity.
  • The Licensee may not sell, rent, license, or distribute the Music in its original or altered form.
  • The Music may not be registered with any content identification system (e.g., YouTube Content ID).
  • The Music may not be used in defamatory, obscene, hate-based, violent, or unlawful material.
  • The Licensee may not claim authorship, copyright, or exclusive rights to the Music.
  1. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Music remain exclusively with Anthony M. Davis. This license does not transfer ownership or authorship.

  1. Term

This license is granted in perpetuity for the specific non-commercial project for which it was used. Reuse in a new project requires renewed license acceptance and attribution.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
